He started out doing witness only closings while attending Old Dominion University. Joe graduated with a Finance Degree and a determination to build a respectable business that created value to his customers. Bev comes to Priority Title with a diverse background having owned her own business for many years always focusing on customer service. She was one of the original witness only closers in the Hampton Roads area having been doing this for about 15 years when the Mortgage companies realized it was easier to employ remote closers than open offices across the country. This makes her experience during the signing process uncompromised. Bev's business sense, financial experience and desire to make the customer our # 1 priority, makes the funding process run very smooth.
